The arrangements set forth on the Listing and the activities or services are made solely for your convenience and are at your risk. The providers of such services are independent contractors and are not acting agents or representatives of Go With Me. Bookings are operated by independent contractors and Listings are sold by Go With Me as a convenience to users only. Go With Me is employees and agents are in no way responsible for the participation of users within activities, listing, or bookings. Go With Me, its employees and agents are in no way responsible for the performance of the booking and users participate in any activities offered by the vendor at their own risk. Go With Me does not undertake to supervise or control the vendors, nor do we maintain their conveyances of facilities, and make no representation, whether express or implied regarding their suitability or safety. In no event shall Go With Me or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries be liable for any loss, delay, disappointment, damage, injury, death, accident, or other harm to you, which occurs as a result of any acts, omissions, or negligence of any vendor or other independent contractors. Bookings can be modified or canceled up to 48 hours prior to Booking arrival without penalty.
